Confirm the exact pickup address
Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley include town, village and rural addresses. Use the full pickup location rather than only a postcode area or village name where possible.
Have the flight details ready
The flight departure time helps you judge when you need to reach the terminal. For an airport collection, the flight number is especially useful because it identifies the arriving flight.
Count luggage as carefully as passengers
Large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and other bulky items can change the vehicle requirement. Add realistic luggage information when you request the journey.
Decide whether you need one way or return
If both journeys are known, putting the outbound and return together makes it easier to keep the complete airport trip organised in one booking.
